FUMING Carabao Cup fans reckon the third round draw is the “most rigged we’ve ever seen”.
Wednesday’s picking of the balls took place after Everton’s narrow away win at Doncaster.
Former Sheffield Wednesday boss Darren Moore and England icon Izzy Christiansen were tasked with drawing them from the pots.
And the third round draw threw up some incredible clashes, with last season’s runners-up Newcastle taking on Treble winners Manchester City.
Elsewhere, Arsenal face a London derby against Brentford — pitting new goalie David Raya against his old club.
Chelsea will take on Brighton less than two months after signing Moises Caicedo for a British record £115million.
And holders Man United have a tricky test against Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace.
However, some fans took to Twitter after the draw bizarrely claiming the entire thing had been “rigged.”
But while a few appeared to be tongue-in-cheek, others seemed to be convinced of fixing behind the scenes.
One said: “That’s the most rigged draw I’ve ever seen.”
Another declared: “Cup draws are absolutely rigged at this point, it’s not normal.”
One noted: “This draw feels rigged!”
Another boomed: “Always the same, clubs like Palace get the easy draw, whole thing’s rigged as f**k!”
One beamed: “You can’t tell me these draws aren’t rigged mate.”
Another added: “As always the draw is rigged to give us the toughest draw possible but we’ll win anyway.”
