Man Utd vs Wolves: Red Devils eye perfect start to new season

Welcome to Manchester United vs Wolves

Manchester United’s Premier League 2023/24 opener sees them welcome Wolves to Old Trafford tonight.

The Red Devils had an indifferent pre-season having comfortably beat Community Shield winners Arsenal and French side Lens.

But in between those results, Erik ten Hag’s men lost THREE matches on the bounce.

However, playtime is over as United look to make a winning start to the new campaign and they’re out to prove a point.

And they start the new season by hosting Wolves with new boss Gary O’Neil looking to steady the ship after Julen Lopetegui’s shock exit this week.

O’Neill will have plenty to worry about though with Wolves losing star man Ruben Neves to Al-Hilal this summer alongside a whole host of other players who have left the club during the window.   

While  Man United on the other hand have made big investments as they try and improve on last season’s third place finish in the Premier League.
