Brazil vs Argentina suspended, England win, Salah wants huge new Liverpool deal

The international break is upon us and yet all eyes are still on Manchester United after the return of Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese star broke the international goal record this week with his 110th and 111th goals for his country, and Red Devils fans can’t wait to see him back in action, with his famous No.7 shirt confirmed.

However, he may have a rival on his hands in terms of being the highest-paid player in the Premier League with Mohamed Salah reportedly hoping for a £500,000-a-week contract with Liverpool.

There were no issues for England in their World Cup qualifier against minnows Andorra as two strikes from Jesse Lingard and goals from Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka sealed a 4-0 win at Wembley.

The summer transfer window may be closed, but deals are still being done with free agents still looking for new clubs, including former Tottenham defender Serge Aurier, who could be seeking a controversial move across north London.
